Wabusk Air is based in Moosonee, ON, located on the southern tip of James Bay.  We offer charter, passenger and cargo service with our 2 Navajo’s and 3 King Air's. One of our King Air 100's is a dedicated MEDEVAC machine while our other King Air 100 conducts charters throughout Canada. Our King Air 90 provides an excellent cargo service to the communities of Northern Ontario. We operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring efficient turn-around’s so preference will be given to individuals with a strong work ethic. All applicants must be self-starters, capable of performing their duties without constant direction from management. Northern experience is definitely an asset.

General Qualifications for all applicants:
- Strong decision making skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication in English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be a team player
- Recent and clean Criminal Record Search
- Up-to-date Immunizations

BE-10 Captain Qualifications:
- 2000 hrs TT
- 500 hrs MPIC
- 100 hrs on type
- Valid ATPL
- Applicants with current PPC or time on type will be given preference

PA-31 Captain Qualifications:
- 1000 hrs TT
- 100 hrs on type
- Applicants with current PPC or time on type will be given preference

BE-10 First Officer Qualifications (MOH):
- 500 hrs TT
- Immunization record
- Recent and clean Criminal Record Check
- Applicants with time on type will be given preference

Low-time pilots are generally offered ramp positions and are PCC’d on the Navajo as a First Officer.  Wabusk Air believes in promoting from within based on work performance and pilot qualifications.  As well, we do not require any training bonds.
